York and his siblings were abandoned stray puppies. Originally these pups went through a trap- neuter-release (TNR) procedure and were released back to the same spot where they were found. But soon, the rescuer noticed that they were getting horribly abused and quickly took them away to be placed with fosters instead. Since this troubling ordeal, the puppies are now all under great care and are waiting to join their new families – and be loved forever!
York is a sweet little guy who loves dogs and loves to play with them. He’s great with people and can let pretty much anyone hug him. So even meeting new people, he’s able to let them hold him and he is good with kids. He loves food and is not food aggressive towards people nor other dogs. York goes outside for potty and can use the peepad at home. He does not like being in a crate and will bark when inside the crate. York is well-behaved during car rides. He is friendly yet curious about cat that he will follow the cats around to figure out what they are. He is good in bath, but scared of the sound of hair-dryer. York is a Labrador/Formosan mix and he will grow to be medium-sized when fully grown.
