【Age】1 year and 8 months old (born around May 1, 2016)
Tucker was sadly abandoned by his previous owner, who clearly had no clue what hidden jewel they gave up. Tucker is a calm, friendly and optimistic Formosan Mountain mix with a distinctive brindle coat.
He likes making friends with humans, dogs and cats – basically everyone! He is always gentle toward his friends, and is a well-behaved dog even though he’s still quite young. Tucker also happily shares his food with his friends, and does not guard it against anyone. At his foster, there is a timid and shy dog that others don’t like to play with, but Tucker always walks over to keep the shy dog company, and try to bring him out of his shell to be with the group.
Tucker is house-trained, and always does his business outside the home. He’s great on a leash, and never pulls or walks ahead. He is close to fully grown, and will likely not get any bigger than his current size and weight. His short coat will be easy to maintain. Tucker is up-to-date with his shots and is neutered, so he will be ready to be with his new family any time! Tucker would be a great fit for a family that’s looking for a first pet, or one that already has other animals, as he is gentle and would get along very well with others. Tucker is patiently waiting for his second chance in life and for a loving family he will love unconditionally and cherish forever!
