Poor little Paula was found lying on the streets bleeding. Someone had cut her back intentionally and left her to die. When a rescuer saw her, she quickly brought Paula to the nearest veterinary where she received care and was healed back to health! Paula stayed with the rescuer for a few months now that the wound the fully healed and the fur has grown back. Despite this miserable encounter, Paula still has her trust and faith in human and she’s ready to join her furever home!
Paula is great with other dogs and loves to play with them. She is ok with people and will go up for pets and give kisses. When it comes to meeting strangers, as long as they crouch down, she will come over and let them pet her. She is great and playful with children, but sudden movements or loud sounds can still startle her sometimes. Paula loves food and is not food aggressive towards people, but she doesn’t like it when other dogs steal her food. Sometimes she’ll get angry! She goes outside for potty and walks well on a leash. Paula is curious about cats that she will want to follow them around and sniff them. Paula loves to play with people, play with her toys and running around on the grass. Sweet Paula would be a great companion for outdoor adventures or chilling at home together!
