Nora and her littermates were abandoned soon after birth by a hiking trail, covered in filth. They survived on food scraps fed to them by kindhearted hikers, until one day someone posted their pictures online and asked if anyone could lend a helping hand. They’ve since been rescued and placed in a foster home, receiving basic training, proper socialization and the necessary rounds of shots.
Nora loves being around people and playing with other dogs. She is slightly shy in a new environment, but usually warms up quickly and asks for a pet in no time! She’s a smart cookie – she knows to pee on a pad at home and do her business outside on the grass. Nora is also quite independent, and likes taking a snooze in quiet, secluded spots like under the sofa or bed. Nora is highly motivated by yummy treats, which will come in handy as she continues her training. She’s good at playing fetch and is equally happy playing with a toy on her own (even your worn socks!). Nora is great on a leash, and loves exploring the world on long walks! This cute furball would be the ideal cuddling buddy/heating pad this cold winter! Contact Second Chance In Life Foundation for more details.
