Mia and her seven siblings were found in the wild and rescued by one of our volunteers. The volunteer brought them to the vet right away and all eight siblings were diagnosed to be infected with Canine Parvovirus. Sadly, Mia’s siblings all died from the disease and she is the only one that survived. Mia stayed in the foster home for basic trainings after fully recovered and now she is ready to have her second chance in life!
Mia is great with dogs and loves to play with dogs of all sizes. She will keep inviting other dogs to play and tends to follow big dogs around. She haven't figured out mirrors yet and she will also try to invite her reflection in the mirror to play. Mia is great with people, loves belly rubs and being hugged! She is also friendly with strangers that she will approach them for pets. Mia is food-motivated but she doesn't guard her food against people nor other dogs. Mia knows to potty outside and she also knows to use the peeped when inside the house. Mia is playful outdoor and she can also play with her own toys alone at home as well! Mia will be a great companion for outdoor activities, social functions and also snuggle on the couch after the long day!
