(Est. born in April 2020)
A love dad was on his way to perform TNR when he saw poor little Joe sitting in a ditch and there was no mother dog around. He quickly posted online for help and a volunteer reached out. It poured the night before, so the little Joe was sitting in the ditch soaking wet. The volunteer took him to the vet and then to her foster home. Joe has been given a clean bill of health and now he is ready to find his forever home!
Joe is a sweetheart who loves to play with his doggie mates and enjoys making new friends. He is great with the people he knows and will go up to them for treats or cuddles. He is ok when it comes to meeting strangers and will walk with them if they have his leash. Joe is curious about kids and will let them pet him, but loud or sudden movements might still scare him. Joe loves food and he is not food aggressive towards people nor other dogs. He is curious about cats that he will want to sniff at them, but he lose interest in cats after a few sniffs. Joe does not like being in a crate and will bark until he is let out. He might be better in a family with another fur mate that he can play with. He goes outside for potty, but as a young pup, accidents in the house is still expected.
