In April 2018, the rescuers saw a pregnant dog wandered in the countryside. She was in a bad shape and seemed very sick that no one would to go near her. The rescuers tried to gain her trust and lure her with food to capture her. It was not easy because the mother dog was scared of people and wanted to protect her babies. She tried to bite the rescuers as they were approaching her. Fortunately, the rescuers gained her trust in the end and took good care of her, along with nine healthy newborn puppies.
Jamie is a shy little boy, but he likes cuddles and being hugged. He is shy of strangers at first, but he still lets strangers to pet him. He loves accompanying his foster parent everywhere and is good with other foster dog siblings in all sizes. He is also gentle with kids and cats. Jamie walks great on leash, but he isn’t used to the car sounds that he might be nervous when a car drove by. Jamie's will grow to be on the smaller side of medium-sized in his adulthood with a short brown coat that is easy to maintain. He has not master housetraining yet, so he will need a family to take the time to encourage him. Contact Second Chance In Life Foundation for more details.
