【Age】About 6 months old
(as of April 2018)
Hoby and her sister Hollie were abandoned by their mother’s owner soon after birth. Surveillance camera at the backdoor of the factory where they were found showed that their mother was at the scene of the abandonment, but was sadly pulled away by her owner. Thankfully, the puppies were rescued and taken to be with a foster family, who is actively looking for loving permanent homes for these fur babies!
Hoby is the quieter one of the two sisters, and takes longer to get close to strangers confidently. She is super intelligent, and well-behaved on a leash. A slight tug on the leash is enough to let her know to stop, sit down and wait patiently next to the handler. She’s like a loyal sidekick that is there to give you unconditional love through thick and thin. At this tender age, Hoby would do great in a family with immense love, encouragement, and proper training. As a Formosan Mountain dog mix, Hoby will grow into a medium-sized dog with a shiny, black coat. She is current on all shots and spayed. Let us know if you’d like more information on this shy, cute girl!
Hoby will be at the Bosley's-Garden City Adoption Event on April 20-22, 2018.
