(Born on October 14, 2019 (est.))
A volunteer saw a litter of pups, estimated under 2 months old, abandoned by a fishing port. She fed the pups there, but she had no idea how to help them. After a few days, two puppies became sick and very weak. The volunteer couldn’t leave them there under the cold weather anymore, so she took all of the siblings home and reached out to us for help. Under the care of the volunteer and foster families, siblings are healthy and ready to find their forever loving homes!
Faye is a little shy when it comes to meeting strangers, but if you crouch down and reach out, she’ll come over slowly to sniff you out! If there’s treats, it’ll help her warm up faster. Once she trusts her human, she is very cuddly and she will keep asking for belly rubs! She is good with children and will wag her tail and try to go closer to them. Sometimes sudden movements or loud sounds might scare her so you’ll still want to go slow! Faye is still learning to interact with other dogs, she gets scared when the other dog is active or charging to her face and she prefers to stay away from dogs that are bigger than her in size. Faye loves to eat and is not food aggressive towards people but will need to be fed at a distance if there’s another dog in the house or she will be insecure to eat. She goes outside for potty and will use the peepad when being indoor. Faye is interested in cats and she will keep wagging her tails when she sees a cat, but she is never aggressive to cats. Faye will grow to be medium sized when fully grown, possibly 35lbs-40lbs.
