Edward and his siblings were born in a steep cliff cave near a lake, and were found when they were about a month old. The rescuers found 10 puppies in total, but only 4 of them were alive. Some drowned in the lake and some either starved or froze to death by the time the rescuers arrived. It was a cold rainy day, and the puppies leaned close to each other as they shivered. The rescuers used a net to catch all of them and brought them straight to the vet.
Edward is now a healthy and active puppy who is ready to take on this world! Edward is friendly with both male and female strangers, and gets along with new dogs. He’s also great with kids, although not as interested in cats. He shows no sign of food aggression to both dogs and humans. Edward knows to do his business both outside and indoors, as long as he’s shown a designated spot. His biggest trait is that pair of adorable oversized ears! Edward will grow up to be medium-sized dog in adulthood, and his shiny, short coat will be easy to manage. Edward is waiting to connect with his happily ever afters, and to reunite with their brother Enoch who is already living in Vancouver! Contact Second Chance In Life Foundation for more details.
