Betty was found in a pile of garbage alone when she was about a month old. It seems that she has been living there for a few days that she knew where her “tunnels”and “toys” are in the garages. The rescuer took Betty under her care with the intention to finding Betty a furever family!

Betty is a sweet and gentle girl, but also active and playful at the same time. Betty is great and playful with other dogs, but a little afraid of the cats that she will try to stay away. Betty is a bit shy of strangers, but warms up to them fairly fast with treats! Betty is also good around children, but she needs observe to know that she is safe around them first as well (treat is the best way to bribe). Betty seems to be more mature and behaved than other puppies of her age. She is house-trained and walks well on a leash, but she gets distracted sometimes because she's curious of the world. Betty can be a quiet companion to snuggle on the couch at home and she can be an active partner for outdoor activities, such as long hikes, running or camping as well and she loves exercising! Betty is healthy, current with all her vaccines and ready to join a loving family anytime!
