Beca    *Adopted*

【Age】3 years old

  (As of Dec 2018)
【Weight】3.4 kg

Beca was abandoned by a young couple who didn’t take the time to train and take care of her. A rescuer saw her story online and decided to take her in with the intention to find a better permanent home for her. Beca has since received more training at her foster home, although she still needs a patient, loving family to help her tackle some issue for the long-term.
Beca is a warm and bubbly Maltese girl nonetheless! She loves human and she is very affectionate and cuddly. She sticks close to her human, even when she’s running around at the park, and has a great recall. She’s also not fearful of strangers, including male strangers. Beca gets along with other dogs that she knew but doesn’t really engage or play with them as she prefers to stay close to people. She will need further training on staying chill when meeting dogs that are bigger than her though. Beca is good with car-ride, although she prefers passenger seat more than the back seat. Beca doesn't like to be in a crate as she will cry and keep wanting to open the crate when being in one. She will also cry when being left alone in an unfamiliar environment such as at the daycare, at the vet, or when she first goes into a new home that she will need to have more training in this area. Although not aggressively, Beca will guard her food towards both people and dogs and she will need further training in this area. She is not house-trained yet, but fortunately, Beca cannot resist any delicious treat, which will come in handy when it comes to training. She’s waiting patiently for a family to love and a furever home to call her own.
